Corrected rails generate command to reflect the current generator name: annotate_models:install

Fixed the invalid gemspec error

Add configurable for routes position, ability to remove routes, fix handling of output from newer Rake versions.

(For example, the Zookeeper gem...)

Adjust expected location of Factory Girl factories.
